How To Steps:
Apply desired base polish and let completely dry.

Gently scrape excess paint at a 45 degree angle.

Transfer design to desired nail using a smooth rolling motion.
Finish with China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat to seal your design. "
Note: First time using, please remove the thin film that protects the plate. Recommended to clean jelly stamper before use.
