Diffusion: Add 3 - 4 drops to our Small Ultrasonic Diffuser (80 ml) or 18 - 30 drops to our Large Ultrasonic Diffuser (600 ml) to reduce muscle and joint pain, relieve headaches, boost energy and reduce feelings of stress.
Topical Use: Apply 1-2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil behind your ears, on your temples or behind your neck. Or, place a dime-sized dollop of our Fragrance Free Body Lotion or moisturizing Skin Oils into your hand, add 1-2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and apply all over your body.
